Campfire

Campfire is a GMless collaborative story-telling game about unraveling supernatural mysteries. With incredibly light rules fitting on ~1 page, you'll be investigating your first Mystery in just a few minutes.

You'll take on the roles of Investigators out to get to the bottom of what goes bump in the night. Beckoned to help in various scenarios called Mysteries, you'll find clues by investigating locals & locations until you've gathered enough evidence to pinpoint the culprit behind whatever strange happenings have occurred.

Using a set of simple tables, every play-through is different: experience different twists, encounters, and clues each time you play a Mystery. Depending on the clues you find, the culprit is different every time as well.

Campfire is geared toward short sessions and one-shots, but you can use the same characters across multiple Mysteries to form a Campaign.

In addition to the Campfire core rules & the "The Trouble At Camp Crackinoak" starter Mystery, you'll also receive the Campfire Mystery Construction Kit. This kit contains everything you need to roll your own Campfire Mysteries, including an Affinity Publisher file for quick & easy Mystery creation.

To play, you'll need:

1. Three six-sided dice - one that's unique, and two that match (same color, size, etc...)
2. A way to record your character details & keep notes.
3. (Optional) One or more fellow investigators to help tackle the mystery.

In The Haunting At Fredrich Manor, you'll investigate to find out which unsettled spirit is behind a recent string of disturbances. Will it be Oscar Fredrich, driven mad by an ancient artifact unearthed on an archaeological dig? Or will it be Lady Rhampert, Lord Fredrich's lover whose death was surrounded by much mystery and intrigue?

Explore the Manor, identify the Culprit, and put the uneasy spirit to rest.
